Brighton & Hove Albion manager Gus Poyet was disgusted with the supporters that booed his side off at half time during the 2-2 draw with Watford.
The Seagulls players were subjected to a loud chorus of discontent as they left the field at the break 2-0 down, following goals from Sean Murray and Troy Deeney.
Poyet's men improved in the second half and, after Inigo Calderon and Will Buckley had rescued a point, they were cheered off at the end.
"The booing is not acceptable, I would like to tell them not to come if they don't like it, if they don't like the way we play, stay at home," said the Uruguayan.
"There's something wrong in this football club, maybe it's time we told them what they can expect. I don't know the last time Brighton were in the top 10 of the Championship.
"There were too many things wrong tonight, too many on the pitch and off the pitch. But it's the first time I've seen a reaction like that from the stands."
Brighton are ninth in the Championship table.
