Jake Forster-Caskey starts for Brighton & Hove Albion for the visit of Middlesbrough in the Championship this afternoon.
The midfielder was part of the England Under-21 side that booked their place in next summer's European Championships against Croatia earlier this week, but Brighton boss Sami Hyypia has selected the youngster.
Sam Baldock also returns for Hyypia's side after missing the last three games with a calf problem.
