Scott Arfield has described Burnley's 2-1 victory over fellow strugglers Queens Park Rangers yesterday afternoon as a "massive win".
The three points lifted Sean Dyche's men out of the relegation zone and also saw them leapfrog Rangers in the table.
"It's a massive win. I think it's been well documented how important these sorts of games are going to be," Arfield, who opened the scoring at Turf Moor, told the club's official website.
"Our home form needs to be good and it was brilliant to start this little period off with a win."
Next up for the Clarets is a FA Cup third-round replay against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday.
