Burnley boss Sean Dyche has revealed that he is looking forward to welcoming Michael Keane back to Turf Moor on Saturday afternoon.
Keane left the Clarets to sign for Everton during the summer, and the England international could feature in the Toffees starting lineup when they make the short trip to Turf Moor.
During his three years with the Clarets, Keane established himself as arguably the club's key man and Dyche is hopeful that the centre-back will be given a warm reception upon his return.
The 46-year-old is quoted by the Lancashire Telegraph as saying: "I would be amazed if he got anything but a very good reception.
"He was a fine player for Burnley football club and was good not just on the pitch but off the pitch as well, with the way he conducted himself, how he was around the group and the supporters and the club at large.
"We will enjoy having him back for a fleeting day. He was terrific for us."
Keane scored seven goals from 108 appearances in all competitions before leaving for Goodison Park.
