Burnley striker Danny Ings believes that his side are slowly building momentum in their Premier League campaign following back-to-back wins.
The Clarets have defeated Hull City and Stoke City in their last two top-flight matches, and Ings feels that the togetherness showed by his team during their early struggles has helped them turn around their season.
Ings told the club's official website: "There's always been belief throughout the team because we don't listen to the outside noises. We know there are going to be people who doubt us.
"As a group, we just make sure that we get confidence in one another and that's what we've been doing. Obviously though, two wins can lift anyone and the lads believe in themselves even more now. It took us a little while, but it wasn't like we were playing badly.
"We had really solid performances and we were quite consistent. Results weren't happening for us, but we are getting them now, we're playing with freedom and we're enjoying it. We're building confidence and momentum and hopefully we can take them into Saturday's game."
Burnley face Aston Villa in their Premier League clash later today.
