Burnley defender Steven Reid has claimed that every game for his side between now and the end of the season should be treated "like a cup final".
The Clarets gave their survival hopes an unexpected boost on Saturday as they ran out 1-0 winners over title-chasing Manchester City at Turf Moor.
Reid told BBC Sport: "We are getting to that stage now when it doesn't matter who we play as we have to get the result. Every game is like a cup final.
"I have been in a couple of relegation fights before but there is a different feel about this one. There isn't as much pressure as there was an expectancy that we would go straight back down."
Burnley's win over the current Premier League champions puts them just a point behind 17th-placed Sunderland in the table.
