Burnley forward Sam Vokes believes that his side have to be prepared to battle in all of their remaining matches to survive in the Premier League this season.
The Clarets fell to a 1-0 defeat to Everton on Saturday as Kevin Mirallas scored the only goal of the game at Goodison Park to leave Sean Dyche's men two points adrift of safety.
However, Vokes is adamant that he and his teammates cannot afford to be downhearted ahead of their massive relegation six-pointer against Leicester City next week.
He told Sky Sports News: "There are going to be a lot of ups and downs between now and the end of the season but we have some big games coming up and we have to show what we did against Everton is encouraging and we can take it into the next games.
"Leicester is massive, we knew that. We have five big ones starting against Leicester next week and there is no bigger challenge."
Burnley are bottom of the Premier League with five matches remaining to secure their top-flight status.
