Burton Albion have confirmed the signing of striker Mickael Antoine-Curier on a deal until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old had been without a club after leaving Scottish Premiership side Hamilton Academical earlier this month.
Antoine-Curier has been brought to Burton as a replacement for Jacob Blyth, who is expected to be out for around a month with a thigh injury.
"He is a big player like Jacob Blyth which is what we need after his injury," manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "He has scored eight goals in the Scottish Premier League so far this season and I look forward to working with him."
Antoine-Curier's former clubs include Nottingham Forest, Brentford, Sheffield Wednesday and Notts County.
