Feyenoord have secured a narrow 2-0 win away at Cambuur in their Eredivisie clash at the Cambuur Stadion, courtesy of Michiel Kramer's second-half strike and Dirk Kuyt's late penalty.
Neither side could break the deadlock by the first half, and it remained goalless until the latter stages of the game before debutant Kramer opened the scoring following some great control in the 77th minute.
The win was then sealed three minutes into injury time when Erik Bakker handled in the box, prompting the referee to award the visitors a penalty, which former Liverpool striker Kuyt promptly lashed home.
Feyenoord climb to second in the Eredivisie table following two wins from two games, while Cambuur slip to 12th with one point from six.
