Cardiff City have confirmed that Simon Lim has stepped down from his role as the club's chief executive.
Lim replaced Alan Whiteley two years ago as owner Vincent Tan looked to strengthen his control over the club.
Executive chairman Mehmet Dalman will assume the duties that were previously held by Lim.
"On behalf of the board of directors and all at Cardiff City I would like to place on record my thanks and appreciation to Simon for his valued contribution over the last 18 months," Dalman told the club's official website.
"Following his appointment in 2012 Simon worked closely with the board, leading the management team and staff during a period of transformation at the club. He leaves with our sincere best wishes and gratitude."
While Lim departs the Cardiff City Stadium, the club has appointed Ken Choo as their general manager.
