Cardiff City manager Malky Mackay has attempted to keep his team focused on the playoff semi-finals by banning the players from using Twitter and Facebook.
The Bluebirds are due to face West Ham United on home turf tomorrow before the return fixture at Upton Park on Monday, and the Scotsman has insisted that there will be no distractions.
"I want the players focused on their game, their training and the two matches coming up," BBC Sport quotes Mackay as saying.
"All focus is on that and no focus is on anything else other than just living the best they can for the next seven days because there will be so many rewards for that."
If Cardiff manage to clinch a two-leg victory over the Hammers, the Welsh side will go up against either Birmingham City or Blackpool for the final promotion spot to the Premier League.
