Former Wales captain Kevin Ratcliffe believes that Cardiff City should stand by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the Championship.
The Welsh outfit were relegated from the Premier League following a 3-0 defeat to Newcastle United on Saturday.
While Ratcliffe believes that Solskjaer was the wrong man to replace Malky Mackay, he has urged Cardiff to keep the ex-Manchester United star at the helm next season.
"Maybe they would have been better off employing a manager who knew the Premiership," BBC Sport quotes Ratcliffe as saying. "But you've got to give the man a chance for next year, it's no good chopping and changing managers."
Cardiff are at the bottom of the league table on 30 points ahead of their final game of the season against Chelsea on May 11.
