Cardiff City boss Russell Slade has admitted that it was a "disaster" for his side go behind so early during Saturday's 5-3 defeat to Bournemouth.
The Bluebirds conceded within the opening 37 seconds at Dean Court before going on to lose for the first time in five Championship games.
"What I was most disappointed with was the start because we were losing within a minute away from home which is a disaster," Slade is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"But what is worse is that we do it at the home of the league leaders. It feels like we kept shooting ourselves in the foot throughout the game. Every time we threatened to make a game of it we shot ourselves in the foot again."
Cardiff continue their Championship campaign next Saturday when they entertain Brentford.
