Cardiff City manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that he is pleased with the way his defence has been performing, and sees this as an important aspect in the battle against the drop.
Solskjaer said that his side were unlucky not to win against Aston Villa in the 0-0 draw, but that they would start to pick up more points playing the way that they did.
"Steven Caulker and Ben Turner, they did as well as two centre-backs can," Solskjaer told Wales Online. "There was a solid foundation and that is what you need to play from.
"Clean sheets are a more vital factor in the situation we are in. That gives you a chance to win games. We created enough chances to win against Aston Villa."
Cardiff have taken four points from the last nine available.
