Cardiff City are reportedly on the verge of signing Armand Traore on a free transfer.
Traore was released by Nottingham Forest in the latter stages of the January transfer window.
According to Wales Online, Cardiff have swooped to agree a deal with the former Juventus and Arsenal left-back, who has previously worked under Bluebirds boss Neil Warnock at Queens Park Rangers.
The 28-year-old played 32 times for Arsenal during the early stages of his career, and has also made 19 appearances in all competitions for Forest during the 2017-18 campaign.
Traore could make his debut against Leeds United in the Championship this weekend, with Joe Bennett on the sidelines following his red card against Manchester City in the FA Cup fourth round on Sunday afternoon.
