Relive Celtic's 4-0 victory over Linfield with Sports Mole's minute-by-minute text coverage.

Celtic have progressed to the third qualifying round of the Champions League with a 6-0 aggregate victory over Northern Irish champions Linfield.

The Hoops took a two-goal lead into the second leg and added to it on the night with strikes from Tom Rogic, Stuart Armstrong, and a Scott Sinclair double.

Brendan Rodgers's side will face Rosenborg of Norway in the next round after the Norwegians overcame Irish side Dundalk 3-2 on aggregate after extra time.

Find out how the match unfolded with Sports Mole's text commentary below.

Good evening all and welcome to our live text coverage of the second leg of Celtic's Champions League qualifier against Northern Irish champions Linfield. The Hoops are the overwhelming favourites tonight, not least because they take a 2-0 lead into this second leg. Team news incoming...
CELTIC XI: Gordon, Lustig, Simunovic, Tierney, Forrest, Brown, Ntcham, Rogic, McGregor, Sinclair, Dembele
LINFIELD XI: Carroll, Haughey, Stafford, Lowry, Casement, Mitchell, Smyth, Garrett, Waterworth, Mulgrew, Quinn
Celtic have made a trio of changes from the first leg in Belfast, and the big news is a debut for midfielder Olivier Ntcham, a £4.5m summer signing from Manchester City. There are also starts for Callum McGregor and Moussa Dembele, with Erik Sviatchenko, Stuart Armstrong and Leigh Griffiths dropping out.
Leigh Griffiths found himself embroiled in controversy during the first leg and is now facing allegations that he provoked the Linfield supporters by tying a Celtic scarf to one of the goalposts at full time. Earlier in the match, he had bottles hurled at him while taking a corner. His absence has nothing to do with either of those incidents, with the Scotland international sidelined with a minor knock.
There's just one change for Linfield and it's an enforced one - left-back Matthew Clarke picked up an injury in the first leg, so he makes way for Andrew Mitchell. To add some spice to the match, Mitchell is a former Rangers player, although he never faced the Hoops during him time at Ibrox.
Just a reminder that Celtic take a 2-0 lead into this match, having beaten the Northern Irish champions by that scoreline in the first leg. If you're after a recap of what happened in Belfast, here's our match report.
And if you'd prefer a briefer summary, Scott Sinclair and Tom Rogic netted for Celtic. They were comfortable winners, but Linfield made a go of it in the second half and caused the Hoops a problem or two.
The winner of this tie, most likely Celtic, will face either Dundalk of Ireland or Norwegian side Rosenborg in the next qualifying round. Those two are in action right now and the score is 1-1 in Norway and 2-2 on aggregate. Looks like it could go either way.
Pre-match quotes from both managers coming up...
BRENDAN RODGERS: "We always want to play as well as we can and as simply as we can. I like to win in a way that allows us to develop our game. Hopefully, we can be more clinical this week." (via BBC Sport).
DAVID HEALY: "We don't want to be lambs to the slaughter. We'll be positive when we have possession, but we'll also need to be organised and disciplined, which the players to their great credit were last Friday night. For Celtic to not score a goal for 70 minutes, with the quality they have, was a huge credit to the players."
PREDICTION: Let's get one thing straight; Linfield were far from terrible in the first leg but they may have given Celtic too much respect in the first half. When they came out after the break, they were in the Hoops' faces and caused them a problem or two. If they can play like that tonight, I don't see it being a Celtic landslide, but I feel the Scottish champions will be comfortable winners again. Let's say 3-0 to the hosts.
Just minutes to go until kickoff. Here are a few pictures of Celtic training ahead of the match while you wait, in case you're into that sort of thing:

KICKOFF! Celtic get the match underway. Stay with us for minute-by-minute updates from Parkhead.
Just over two minutes on the clock and Celtic have registered their first attack. It's a long-range effort from Kieran Tierney, which flies over the bar for a goalkick to the visitors. That will be one of many shots at Roy Carroll's goal this evening.
GOAL! Celtic 1-0 Linfield (Scott Sinclair)
Celtic make it 3-0 on aggregate and it's last season's Scottish Premiership player of the season Scott Sinclair who nets the opening goal of the second leg. Hoops new boy Olivier Ntcham's initial shot was blocked in front of goal and the rebound fell kindly for Sinclair to tuck away. Will this be a long night for Linfield?
SHOT! Celtic go for goal again and it's Ntcham once again causing problems for the visitors. The Frenchman twists and turns in the final third before letting fly, his effort sailing wide of the right-hand post.
There's a half-chance for Celtic as Lustig plays a long, searching ball into the penalty area. McGregor gets his head to it but fails to hit the target, the ball floating into the stand. It's been a lively start from the hosts, exactly what Brendan Rodgers will have wanted.
After a difficult start, Linfield have settled into the match and have found some rhythm with their passing. Scott Sinclair's early goal gives them a mountain to climb, though. Actually, it was already a mountain after the first leg. It's Everest now!
Just a reminder that the winner of this fixture will play either Rosenborg or Dundalk in the next round. They're still tied 2-2 on aggregate and 1-1 in the second leg in Norway. A fantastic effort from the Republic of Ireland side there.
SAVE! Roy Carroll, who was Linfield's standout player in the first leg, has just stopped them from going further behind in the second. Trickery from Sinclair led to Celtic's first corner of the match and the resulting cross was headed towards goal by Moussa Dembele, but the veteran goalkeeper was equal to the Frenchman's effort.
More Sinclair wizardry results in Celtic's third corner of the match and Dembele's effort from the resulting cross is agonisingly close to finding the back of the net. Celtic still totally dominant in this second leg. Any chance I can revise my 3-0 scoreline prediction?
JUST WIDE! Celtic's very own Wizard of Oz Tom Rogic comes within a whisker of doubling their lead on the night. Great footwork from the midfielder sees him dance away from two defenders before pulling the trigger. He gets plenty of power behind his strike, but it's an inch wide of the far post.
Plenty of noise coming from the home support tonight and there's a decent attendance at Parkhead. Their team are putting on a show for them - it's been exhibition stuff so far. The only time I can recall an outfield Linfield player touching the ball was for a throw-in.
It's been a tough night for Linfield defender Casement so far. He's been charged with man-marking Sinclair, but the Englishman always seems to have a yard on him. Celtic have just come close to a second following a blistering counter-attack, which ended when Sinclair dinked a shot just wide of the far post with Carroll beaten.
CHANCE! Dembele steals a yard on his marker and does well to swerve a latch-ditch challenge inside the box after latching onto a through-pass. He's forced towards the byline and only had Carroll to beat, but his effort goes just wide of the far post. Unlucky!
UPDATE! Rosenborg have gone ahead in extra time against Dundalk. They now lead 3-2 on aggregate and will play Celtic in the next round as things stand, although another goal for the Irish side would send them through on the away goals rule.
Linfield almost claim their first chance on goal and it comes via a Lowry free kick from just outside the area. There's some confusion inside the Celtic box and it's Dembele who ends up clearing. Shocking tackles fly in on Celtic players after the Hoops attempt to break. The referee finally intervenes after Olivier Ntcham is chopped down in the Linfield half.
Just as they did in the first leg, Linfield have sat deep and held their shape reasonably well at the back, but they have no quality in the final third. Celtic, however, have bags of firepower, and it's players like Sinclair and Ntcham who are proving the difference tonight.
Celtic are temporarily down to 10 men as Simunovic is receiving treatment for what looks like a nasty gash to his head. There will be one minute of stoppage time to play...
HALF TIME: Celtic 1-0 Linfield
Rogic almost makes the net bulge from close range for Celtic, moments before the referee calls time on the first half. The Hoops have been utterly dominant at Parkhead, but lead by just the one on the night, Scott Sinclair finding the net early on.
It's difficult to assess just how on form Celtic look this evening given the quality of the opposition, but the entire starting XI is looking reasonably sharp. Demebele is the exception to that, but he was sidelined for a while through injury and is being eased back into the fold. He's working hard tonight, despite an obvious lack of fitness.
The only surprising thing about Celtic's lead is that it's just the one they're in front by. They've had countless attempts at goal, with Tom Rogic coming agonisingly close on two occasions. Linfield have applied pressure at the other end just once, with a Lowry free kick causing some uncertainty in the Hoops' area before it was scrambled clear.
RESTART! Linfield get the match back underway.
GOAL! Celtic 2-0 Linfield (Tom Rogic)
It's another goal for Celtic, and it has been coming. Tom Rogic finds the back of the net with a rocket from his right peg. The Australian is given too much time and space on the edge of the box, allowing him to cut inside and unleash a powerful drive that tears into the bottom corner. That's the pick of the four goals we've seen over the two legs!
This will interest Celtic fans as it confirms Rosenborg as their opponents in the next round...

GOAL! Celtic 3-0 Linfield (Scott Sinclair)
A top-class finish from Sinclair extends Celtic's lead even further. The Englishman ghosts into the penalty area to collect a through-pass and curls his shot beyond the reach of Carroll, straight into the top corner. An instinctive finish from the danger man and the Hoops are out of sight now.
More half-chances for the Celts. First, lively debutante Ntcham has a shot charged down inside the box, and moments later Forrest goes for goal from outside the area, but his effort sails over the bar with Carroll grasping for air.
There's a stoppage in play as Linfield's Smyth is down injured. He's being ushered over to the sidelines for treatment and may not be able to continue from the look of things. The Irish champions will play with 10 men for now.
OFF THE BAR! Sinclair is running riot tonight. He races along the perimeter of the Linfield box, shakes off his marker and curls a shot towards the top corner. Carroll gets his fingertips to it at full stretch and tips it against the crossbar! That was some save from the veteran to deny Sinclair a hat-trick.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Both sides have made changes - Robert Garrett is replaced by Kirk Millar and Paul Smyth coming off for Jordan Stewart for Linfield, while Armstrong and Hayes replace Ntcham and Forrest for Celtic.
It was a solid debut for Ntcham, who looks like he will be a key player for Celtic. He showed a lot of skill on the ball and was a handful for the Linfield defence in the final third. Meanwhile, Celtic fans will be keen to get another look at Hayes, who joined from Aberdeen this summer.
CHANCE! One Irishman denies another as Hayes goes for goal with a free kick from around 20 yards out. The former Aberdeen man did everything right, his curling effort dipping beneath the bar, but Carroll is on hand to tip it over.
MORE CHANGES! Both sides have used their final subs as Linfield throw Cameron Stewart on for Andy Waterworth and Celtic throw on youngster Beni for McGregor.
Beni's first contribution is to line up Lustig for a shot from long range, the Swede's effort flashing over the crossbar and out for a Linfield goalkick, which Carroll looks in no hurry to take.
CHANCE! Dembele holds the ball up in the area and plays it back to the onrushing Rogic, who shoots first time, but Carroll is there once again to meet it with a strong hand and palm it away.
Linfield haven't disgraced themselves tonight, but they have been bossed more than they were in Belfast. The Irish side simply don't have enough quality to penetrate Celtic in the final third, but they've defended well at times, and Carroll has pulled off a string of impressive saves, like he did in the first leg.
It will be a shame if Sinclair doesn't complete his hattrick in the closing stages. He's put in a man-of-the match performance this evening and Linfield have simply had no answer to him. He's shown attacking prowess and a good workrate, still chugging along as the minutes tick away.
There goes a half-chance for Linfield and it falls to one of their defenders, Stafford, who attempts to meet a lofted pass with an overhead kick. He connects well enough but the ball dips just wide of Craig Gordon's post. Worth a try, and it's as close as Linfield have come all evening.
There will be three minutes of stoppage time to play.
GOAL! Celtic 4-0 Linfield (Stuart Armstrong)
And that will cap things off nicely. Celtic add a fourth after good work from Rogic, who dances into the area and lines up Armstrong so he can lash home from close range. Job more than done!
FULL TIME: Celtic 4-0 Linfield
Celtic go through to the third qualifying round of the Champions League, no sweat, as we expected they would. Scott Sinclair bagged a brace, with a Tom Rogic strike sandwiched in between, before Stuart Armstrong added a fourth in stoppage time.
Linfield held their own defensively for spells in both legs, but this was never a contest as they lacked the quality to pose any kind of threat in the final third. Celtic will face Norwegian side Rosenborg in the next round after they edged past Dundalk 3-2 on aggregate after extra time.
And that's all we have time for tonight. Many thanks for joining us for Celtic's resounding victory over Linfield. Over and out!
