Celtic midfielder Scott Brown has failed in his attempts to get a three-match European suspension overturned.
Brown had been red-carded for appearing to kick Barcelona winger Neymar during their Champions League encounter at Celtic Park last month.
The Scotland captain had initially been given a one-match ban, but that was soon extended to three games after UEFA officials reviewed the incident.
Brown had been hoping that the suspension would be reduced after an appeal, but UEFA have upheld the ban and he will miss Celtic's next two Champions League fixtures.
