Ronny Deila has claimed that his Celtic side need to improve after going three points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership with a 1-0 win over Partick Thistle.
Despite collecting all three points thanks to Virgil van Dijk's winner, Deila made it clear that he believes a hectic schedule is having an impact on his players.
"We are on a good run, we have momentum and confidence and we want to continue now on Saturday against Motherwell to get three points," the Norwegian told reporters.
"We were dominant almost the whole game tonight. We created chances and deserved to win.
"But it was an OK performance. Nothing more. I try to be positive but I have to think that we have played a lot of matches which is affecting the energy of the team."
Celtic have lost just once in their last 11 games in all competitions.
