Celtic manager Neil Lennon has declared that his side produced their best league performance for some time at Kilmarnock this afternoon.
The Hoops were in fine from to cruise to a 3-1 victory away from home thanks to goals from Joe Ledley, Scott Brown and Georgios Samaras.
Lennon believes that his team controlled the game throughout and picked out full-back Adam Matthews for special praise.
He told ESPN: "I'm delighted with the team. The attitude was fantastic from the team and the substitute.
"Adam Matthews was man of the match by a long way for me and I thought Scott Brown was magnificent.
"We were slick, quick and we had real quality today so I'm very pleased. That epitomised the passing football we like to play."
Celtic are now four points clear of Hibernian at the top of the Scottish Premier League.
