French champions Lille kept their hopes of qualification in the Champions League alive with a 2-0 victory at CSKA Moscow this evening.
The visitors dominated the encounter throughout, but they didn't break the deadlock until the 49th minute when Moscow defender Vasili Berezutski put through his own net.
That lead was doubled in the 63rd when striker Moussa Sow reacted quickest to a rebound off the post to score into an empty net.
Victory over Trabzonspor in their final group game could see them reach the last 16 of the competition.
