Charlton Athletic manager Guy Luzon has praised his side's attitude following their 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest at The Valley.
Forest arrived in the capital unbeaten in six games under Dougie Freedman, but a brace from Frederic Bulot secured the points for the hosts, who have now won four of their last five matches.
"We showed not just quality, but character, and character is very important," Luzon told the club's website. "We had to organise well.
"That is Bulot's best game for us. He intercepted well, great in defence and attack."
Charlton return to action against Cardiff City on Saturday afternoon.
