An own goal from Aleksandar Dragovic has given Chelsea a 1-0 half-time lead over Dynamo Kiev in their Champions League clash this evening.
The hosts made a dominant start to the match as Dynamo Kiev keeper Oleksandr Shovovskiy denied Ramires early on, before Cesar Azpilicueta found Oscar with an inviting cross, only for the Brazilian's effort to be kept out by the 40-year-old.
Chelsea almost found the opening goal on the half-hour mark, when Domagoj Vida blocked an Oscar header, before Diego Costa fired over the bar from the rebound.
Jose Mourinho's side took the lead on 34 minutes thanks to an own goal, as an inviting right-wing cross from Willian was diverted into the net by Dynamo defender Dragovic.
The hosts came close to a second goal late in the first half, Oscar sending an effort high and wide of goal, before Cesc Fabregas fired wide from 30 yards.
