Chelsea have touched down in England following their Champions League success over Bayern Munich last night.

The Blues claimed the famous trophy for the first time in the club's history courtesy of a 4-3 victory over their German opponents on penalties in the Allianz Arena.

An open-top bus parade will take place later this afternoon, where 70,000 supporters are expected to line the streets surrounding Stamford Bridge.

The parade, which travel along streets including Fulham Road and King's Road before ending in Parsons Green, will start around 4pm.
