Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has called on his players to show the same "focus and attention" as they did in the first leg when they take on Barcelona at Camp Nou on Wednesday.
The Premier League champions produced an impressive performance at Stamford Bridge, only for Lionel Messi to score what could prove to be a crucial away goal in a 1-1 draw last month.
Chelsea must now either win or also produce a score draw at Camp Nou to stand any chance of reaching the quarter-finals of the Champions League, and Conte acknowledged that it will be a difficult ask for his players.
"The game will be for sure totally different. We are playing against one of the best teams in the world. We must have the same focus and attention as the first leg," Conte told reporters after watching his side beat Crystal Palace 2-1.
"We played a really great game, it was almost a perfect game. It won't be easy, we must know this. We must try the right solution - the best way sometimes is to speak with the players and try to find the right plan."
Chelsea have only reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League once since lifting the trophy in 2012.
