Cesc Fabregas lauded Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount for his part in Kai Havertz's winning strike against Manchester City in the Champions League final.
Academy product Mount played a defence-splitting pass through to Havertz, who did the rest by rounding Ederson and tapping in for what proved to be the only goal in Porto.
With that killer pass, Mount became the first English player to provide an assist in the Champions League final since Wes Brown for Manchester United against Chelsea in 2008.
Former Blues midfielder Fabregas led the praise for the England international with a message posted on Twitter on Saturday evening.
"What a ball!! Mason Mount that's what I'm talking about." he said.
Mount completed 24 of his 25 passes against City, with no player on the field bettering that 96% pass-accuracy rate.
