Schalke 04 goalkeeper Timo Hildebrand has insisted that his side must learn from their 3-0 defeat at home to Chelsea in Group E of the Champions League.
Hildebrand said that Schalke struggled to break down Chelsea but insists that they will come back stronger for the reverse fixture.
"I think we had one or two good chances, but we're talking about Chelsea here," UEFA.com quotes Hildebrand as saying. "They defended really well and it's very tough to break them down.
"That's their style – we've known that for years. We need to analyse this defeat now, learn from it and try to do better next time.
"If Roman Neustadter's header had gone in, it would have been a different game at 1-1, but they hit us with two counter-attacking goals in the second half. I think they had a three-on-one, which is obviously something that can't be allowed to happen."
Schalke and Chelsea have six points each at the top of Group E.
