Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has revealed that he is ready to risk playing Samuel Eto'o in his side's Champions League quarter-final clash with Paris Saint-Germain.
The 33-year-old has been out of action for the past two weeks after injuring his hamstring in the Blues' 6-0 win over Arsenal on March 22.
However, with Chelsea in dire need of goals to rescue their hopes of reaching the last four of the competition, Mourinho is prepared to take a chance on Eto'o.
He told reporters: "I wanted Eto'o to be on the bench on Saturday and play 15 or 20 minutes but he was not fit enough. He did not train with the team on Sunday, so we have to see.
"Maybe I will pick him. But to risk a player, you need to have minimum conditions to take that risk.
"If you think he's going to be out after 10 minutes of the game, you can't take that risk. If there is a minimum of conditions of risk, then yes."
Eto'o has scored 11 goals for Chelsea in all competition this season.
