Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho makes four changes for his side's Champions League clash with Maccabi Tel Aviv, as Oscar returns to the starting XI in place of Pedro.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has made four changes from the side that defeated Norwich City 1-0 at the weekend for this evening's Champions League Group G clash with Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Brazilian midfielder Oscar returns to the starting XI in place of Pedro, while Gary Cahill is preferred to youngster Kurt Zouma at centre-back.

Full-backs Cesar Azpilicueta and Baba Rahman are also recalled this evening, as Branislav Ivanovic drops to the bench, while Kenedy misses out on the matchday squad.

Academy products Jamal Blackman and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are named on the substitutes' bench, alongside striker Loic Remy, with Diego Costa continuing up front following his match-winning goal on Saturday.

Former Chelsea defender Tal Ben Haim starts at centre-back for this evening's hosts.
