Steve McClaren has called for Derby County to show "courage" when they face Chelsea in the FA Cup this weekend.
The Rams are the top scorers in the Championship, but expect to face a tough task when they host Jose Mourinho's side tomorrow.
The manager told the club's official website: "This is a huge test for us and we're up against a side that, I would expect, will finish in the top two in the Premier League this season, I'd be surprised if they don't.
"It is a big test for our players but this is a game that they should be looking forward to and for the youngsters we have, especially the defenders, it's a big one for them.
"We are going to need to compete, work hard, show great attitudes, have a will to win and display a huge amount of courage too. To win games you have got to play football and it takes courage to do that, especially against the very best sides on the big occasion."
Derby, who currently sit fourth in the Championship table, lost for the first time in 10 matches when they played Wigan Athletic on New Year's Day.
