Asmir Begovic replaces Thibaut Courtois in goal, while elsewhere Gary Cahill, Ramires and Pedro come in for John Terry, John Obi Mikel and Eden Hazard.
League One side Scunthorpe, meanwhile, have just one change in their side and it comes in defence as recent signing Murray Wallace comes in for Niall Canavan.
