Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their FA Cup clash with Middlesbrough.
Sports Mole

Chelsea will be aiming to book their spot in the semi-finals of the FA Cup when they head to Middlesbrough in the quarter-finals of the competition on Saturday evening.

The Blues might have their issues off the field at the moment, but Wednesday's 2-1 victory over Lille in the second leg of their last-16 Champions League contest made it five straight wins in all competitions.

Thomas Tuchel's side booked their spot in the last eight of the FA Cup courtesy of a 3-2 victory at Luton Town in the previous round of the competition at the start of the month.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with Middlesbrough, who have already eliminated both Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in the competition.

Ben Chilwell

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Ben Chilwell is expected to miss the remainder of the season following knee surgery despite recently making excellent progress in his recovery.

Reece James

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: March 19 (vs. Middlesbrough)

Reece James recently picked up another muscular problem, and the right-back will not be risked for this match unless he is deemed 100% fit by the medical team.

Andreas Christensen

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: March 19 (vs. Middlesbrough)

Andreas Christensen had to be replaced in the first half of the clash with Lille due to a muscular problem, and he is therefore a major doubt for the FA Cup game with Middlesbrough.

Callum Hudson-Odoi

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Achilles
Possible return date: March 19 (vs. Middlesbrough)

Callum Hudson-Odoi has recently been unavailable for selection due to an Achilles problem, and the attacker faces an uphill battle to make the squad against Middlesbrough.

CHELSEA'S SUSPENSION LIST

Chelsea have no players suspended for this match.
