Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Stale Solbakken believes that it is important for his players to head into tonight's League Cup clash against Chelsea "without fear".
The 44-year-old comes up against Premier League opposition for the first time since taking over at Molineux in the summer and the Norwegian is confident that his side will put up a fight.
"It's important they don't have any fear and they trust their ability and their teammates and try to make a good game of it," Solbakken told the Express & Star.
"It's important we play without being naive and that we stick to our tactics and play in a disciplined way without fear."
Wolves travel to Stamford Bridge for this evening's encounter.
