Chelsea keeper Asmir Begovic has conceded that the club are currently going through a "difficult time".
The Blues slumped to their fourth defeat in the Premier League when they let slip a one-goal lead to lose 3-1 to Southampton at Stamford Bridge.
However, Begovic is confident that his side can rally during the international break and get back to their best in the top flight to alleviate the growing pressure on boss Jose Mourinho.
Begovic told the club's official website: "It's not the standard this club and team has set so for us at the moment it is a very difficult time.
"It's important we stay positive; we know we can be a good team, we know we can play better. First and foremost we've got to look to the next game."
Chelsea are currently 16th in the Premier League, 10 points behind leaders Manchester City.
