Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association after confronting match officials during the half-time break of his side's defeat to West Ham United on Saturday.
The Portuguese coach and his assistant Silvino Louro were sent to the stands by referee Jon Moss after they argued against Nemanja Matic's red card.
Today, a statement from the FA read: "Jose Mourinho has been charged with misconduct in relation to his language and/or behaviour towards the match officials in or around the dressing room area at half time.
"Chelsea coach Silvino Louro has also been charged with misconduct in relation to his behaviour which led to his 45th minute dismissal from the technical area."
The governing body has also charged both clubs for failing to control their players following the sending-off of Matic in the closing stages of the first half.
All parties have until 6pm on Thursday to respond to the charges.
The 2-1 defeat was Chelsea's fifth of the season in the Premier League.
