Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi has praised manager Laurent Blanc for his influence in the victory over Chelsea in the Champions League.
The midfielder believes that the under-pressure manager got his tactics spot-on against the Blues, who had a man advantage for the majority of the match.
The Ligue 1 champions came from behind twice to win the tie on away goals and advance through to the quarter-finals of the competition.
"We must highlight our coach, who has been much maligned. It is also his victory," Matuidi said, according to Goal.com.
"He put the team out and he got it right. He had the right words for us at half time to give us the confidence we needed.
"We are all happy to have him as coach. We never had a problem with him. His is the only European team in contention for four titles. We can do something historic."
PSG remain in the hunt for the quadruple, as they chase Lyon for the top spot in the league and are in touching distance of securing both domestic cups.
