Former Chelsea midfielder Dan Petrescu has admitted that he harbours an ambition to manage a London-based Premier League club at some point in the future.
The 45-year-old, now at Russian outfit Dynamo Moscow, was heavily linked with the vacant Crystal Palace position prior to Tony Pulis securing the role.
Although Petrescu - who also enjoyed spells with Southampton and Sheffield Wednesday during his playing career - says that he is happy in the Russian capital, the Romanian expressed a desire to return to England's top flight in a managerial capacity some day.
"I hope I will be a manager in London one day," he told Digi Sport. "But I still have a contract with Dynamo Moscow for another 18 months so signing for another team is out of the question right now."
Petrescu's men currently sit fourth in the Russian Premier League, five points adrift of leaders Zenit St Petersburg.
