Chelsea forward Andre Schurrle has admitted that he and his teammates are looking for payback against Aston Villa in their Premier League clash on Saturday.
The Villans defeated Jose Mourinho's side last season in a 1-0 victory at Villa Park which dented the club's title hopes, while Willian and Ramires were also red-carded on a miserable night for the Blues.
Schurrle has revealed that memories of that game have made the team determined to take all three points against Paul Lambert's side at Stamford Bridge.
He told The Mirror: "We owe them one. We want to win and to put on a great performance in front of our fans. It will be difficult, but we have to. We want to win the league, so we have to keep this killer instinct up.
"We've a big squad, with many players who can score goals, who can come in fresh so we can rotate a lot. This is a big plus for us because all of our players can play from the start and can kill games."
Chelsea are currently top of the Premier League after five matches this season.
