Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has insisted that he faces the same pressure as Chelsea boss Rafael Benitez.
Wigan are 18th in the Premier League ahead of Saturday's match between the two sides, having not won since their 3-0 victory over Aston Villa at the end of December.
Martinez has claimed that he is under as much pressure to deliver results as his Blues counterpart.
"Believe me, being a manager of a club comes with pressure. It is pressure you put on yourself," London24.com quotes Martinez as saying.
"We haven't won in a long time and for us to 'win the league' is to stay in the division. When you are involved in this game you understand that is part of your job and you accept it.
"When you are in a top team you are expected to win titles and protect your crown in terms of winning the Champions League, that is normal. If you meet a manager who does not have the pressure to get a good result he will not last long."
Chelsea were beaten 3-2 at Newcastle United in their last outing.
