Chelsea have squeezed past Crystal Palace 2-1 at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.
Fernando Torres's 15th-minute strike gave the Blues the lead, but Marouane Chamakh struck his third goal in as many games to level things up just after the half-hour mark.
However, Ramires added a second minutes later to give Jose Mourinho's side the points.
Torres scored his third goal in 31 Premier League games when he reacted quickest after Willian's shot was saved onto the post by Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni.
Palace had their equaliser when Chamakh scored just after the half-hour mark when he escaped the attentions of John Terry to flick home a cutback from Joel Ward.
Chelsea regained the advantage minutes later when Ramires shot through a crowded penalty area to leave Speroni rooted to the spot.
Palace were the stronger side for much of the second half and went close to equalising through Cameron Jerome.
Yannick Bolasie injected some dynamism to the Tony Pulis's side when he replaced Barry Bannan in midfield, and he went close with a swift counter-attack, but his effort was well saved by Petr Cech.
Ramires wasted a great chance towards the end of the game as he miss-hit it after a break saw the Blues outnumber Palace.
