Mykhaylo Mudryk has been named on the Chelsea substitutes' bench for Saturday's Premier League fixture with Liverpool.
Although the winger was signed for £88.6m last weekend, the winger has a lack of game time under his belt and has been kept in reserve by Graham Potter.
Instead, the Blues head coach has opted to make just one change from the 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, replacing Carney Chukwuemeka with Marc Cucurella.
With Lewis Hall also selected in the team, it is unclear whether Cucurella will feature at left-back, an unfamiliar central-midfield role or further down the left flank.
Mateo Kovacic is a notable absentee from the squad, but Ruben Loftus-Cheek is again available after injury as he bids to make his first outing since November.
Given Chelsea's vast injury list, Mudryk is the only recognised winger among the replacements, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and David Datro Fofana both options in a more central role.
Meanwhile, Jurgen Klopp has made sweeping changes to his Liverpool side, while Darwin Nunez returns to the squad after two matches on the sidelines through injury.
