Italian giants AC Milan are reportedly looking to sign Chelsea pair Olivier Giroud and Tiemoue Bakayoko this summer.
The Blues recently triggered an extension clause in Giroud's contract, despite the striker rarely featuring under Thomas Tuchel, while Bakayoko has had three loan spells in as many years with Milan, Napoli and Monaco.
Both players will see their contracts expire in June 2022 but according to Goal, the Rossoneri are hoping to agree deals to sign the Chelsea duo this summer.
The reports also states that Giroud has been in talks with Milan for the last two months and the 34-year-old would been keen to move to the San Siro for regular first-team football.
Since joining from London rivals Arsenal in January 2018, the Frenchman has made 119 appearances for Chelsea, scoring 39 times and providing 14 assists.
As for Bakayoko, 26, the French midfielder has struggled to settle at Stamford Bridge, featuring just 43 times since his £40m transfer from Monaco in July 2017.
Milan have already confirmed the signing of one Chelsea player this summer, with defender Fikayo Tomori joining the club on a permanent deal after spending the last six months on loan at the San Siro.
