Chelsea have announced that academy captain Charlie Colkett has penned a three-year deal at the club.
Earlier this week, Colkett skippered the Chelsea youth side to glory against Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Youth League final, and he has admitted that he is now focused on trying to break into the first-team squad at Stamford Bridge.
The 19-year-old told the club's official website: "It's a very proud day for me and my family to sign again for Chelsea.
"It's been great since I've been here and hopefully I can continue to kick on and achieve even more."
Colkett is yet to make a senior appearance for the Blues but he did feature on the bench for their recent Premier League fixture with Swansea City.
