Chelsea are reportedly on the verge of signing sought-after Croatia international striker Andrej Kramaric.
The 23-year-old, who has scored 28 goals in all competitions for HNK Rijeka this season, had previously been linked with Leicester City and Juventus.
However, Sky Sports News claims that the Londoners have won the race for his signature in a £6m deal.
Rijeka confirmed on Wednesday that they had received an offer from the Premier League leaders and things are now gathering pace.
It is expected that Chelsea will immediately loan Kramaric to associate club Vitesse Arnhem - where Blues prospects Wallace, Bertrand Traore and Josh McEachran are all plying their trade this season.
