Chelsea have reportedly identified Bournemouth forward Callum Wilson as a potential signing.
The Blues have put together a 16-match unbeaten run since the arrival of Maurizio Sarri, but doubts remain over the futures of Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud.
Morata has netted five times in the Premier League this season but has sometimes looked unconvincing in the final third, while Giroud has not scored in 484 minutes of club football this season.
According to The Mirror, Chelsea have started to consider possible replacements, and that has resulted in scouts being sent to watch Wilson in action for Bournemouth.
The 26-year-old has enjoyed a superb start to the campaign, with six goals and four assists coming from 11 starts in the top flight.
Wilson has a contract at the Vitality Stadium until 2022, but it remains to be seen whether Bournemouth would be able to resist any big-money offers for the striker.
