Chelsea and Manchester City are reportedly confident that it will be a straight race between the two of them to sign Paul Pogba in the summer.
The likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are all said to hold a strong interest in the Juventus midfielder.
However, the Premier League duo believe that they head the queue due to the fact that they are prepared to pay the 22-year-old £300,000 a week, according to the Daily Star.
On top of that, the report adds that Juve would demand around £80m for their France international.
Pogba joined the Italian champions on a free transfer from Manchester United in 2012.
