Lazio midfielder Felipe Anderson has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Chelsea.
Manchester United were strongly linked with a move for the highly-regarded 23-year-old earlier this year, but it appears that Louis van Gaal's exit from Old Trafford could make Chelsea favourites to sign the Brazilian international.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Lazio are prepared to sell Anderson for the right price after the level of his performances dropped off during the second half of the campaign.
However, Anderson still scored nine times for the Rome-based club in all competitions and it would be considered a significant coup for Antonio Conte if he can push through a deal for the attacker.
