Everton have reportedly told on-loan defender Kurt Zouma that they want to bring him to the club on a permanent basis.
The Frenchman has performed well for the Toffees since arriving on a year-long deal from Chelsea last summer.
Zouma has featured in 26 of Everton's 32 Premier League games and was on the scoresheet in Saturday evening's meeting with West Ham United.
Chelsea's looming transfer ban was thought to have affected Everton's chances of signing the centre-back, but The Times reports that the Toffees are not ruling out a transfer.
Everton will supposedly have to hand over £30m to convince Chelsea to sell, however, as the 24-year-old is under contract until 2023.
Marco Silva's side are also believed to be in the running to sign Callum Wilson from Bournemouth.
