Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has reportedly completed his medical ahead of a move to Nottingham Forest.
Hudson-Odoi has not been in the Chelsea squad at all this season, and was not present on their pre-season tour of the United States.
The 22-year-old spent last season on loan at Bayer Leverkusen, but Hudson-Odoi had a frustrating time of things, with injury and competition for places restricting his game time.
Under Xabi Alonso, Hudson-Odoi played just nine minutes from mid-February onwards, and failed to score a goal with the German club.
However, Sky Sports News claims that Hudson-Odoi has completed his medical at Forest's training ground this afternoon with the move set to be completed.
The player has been pictured entering the training complex in Forest colours, and he will be reunited with Steve Cooper, who managed him at England youth level.
Matt Law of the Daily Telegraph claims that the deal will see Hudson-Odoi move for a fee of £5m, with a sell-on clause included.
Cooper will hope that he can bring out the best of Hudson-Odoi once again, after he starred with the England Under-17s, and with Chelsea on their way to Europa League glory in 2019. body check tags ::
