Real Madrid are willing to offer Esteban Granero to Chelsea in a swap deal with Frank Lampard.
Former Blues boss Jose Mourinho is keen on bringing his former midfielder to the Santiago Bernabeu, according to The Sun.
Lampard's future at Stamford Bridge has been in doubt after he was left out of the starting lineup by manager Andre Villas-Boas for the team's last two matches.
Granero, who is a Spanish Under-21 attacking midfielder, is valued at around £6m.
