Lazio have reportedly been in touch with Chelsea to discuss a deal for Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The 27-year-old became the most expensive goalkeeper of all time when he moved to Stamford Bridge from Athletic Bilbao in August 2018 for a fee in the region of £71m.
Kepa has largely struggled to make his mark for the Premier League giants, though, and he is currently second choice at the club behind Edouard Mendy.
According to Il Messaggero, former Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri, who is now in charge of Lazio, has contacted the European Cup holders to discuss a move for the Spain international.
The report claims that the Italian giants view Kepa as the ideal long-term replacement for 39-year-old Pepe Reina.
The former Athletic youngster, who still has three-and-a-half years left to run on his contract at Stamford Bridge, has made five appearances for Thomas Tuchel's side this season but just one of those have come in the Premier League. body check tags ::
